Eyewear Warranty Policy All Oakley eyewear is warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from wowshopper.com. Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Additional services are available for a nominal charge. Scratched lenses are not covered under Oakley's warranty policy. Replacement lenses can either be purchased through wowshopper.com, or by calling toll free (800) 288-0640. If your eyewear was purchased within the last three years and is now discontinued, you may be eligible for the Oakley Upgrade Program. Please call Oakley Customer Service at (800) 403-7449. Wearable Electronics Warranty Policy THUMP: Oakley THUMP is warranted for (90) days from the date of receipt against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from wowshopper.com. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Additional services are available for a nominal charge. Scratched lenses are not covered under Oakley's warranty policy. Replacement lenses can either be purchased through wowshopper.com, or by calling toll free (800) 288-0640. RAZRWIRE: The eyewear components of RAZRWIRE are warranted for one year from the date of purchase against manufacturer defects. Coverage is valid only with proof of purchase from an Authorized Oakley Dealer. Oakley warranty program does not cover scratched lenses. Alteration of Oakley products will void warranty. Additional servicesare available for a nominal charge. All Motorola Bluetooth headset claims must be submitted directly to Motorola. Please view the Motorola warranty polices and procedures here or you can call toll free (800) 331-6456 for further assistance. Shipping Our orders are shipped from CA via UPS Ground. Wowshopper is not responsible for carrier delays and/or carrier related damages to merchandise. Returns Policies All claims for shortages and/or defective new merchandise must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Defective new merchandise can be returned for exchange. WowShopper cannot accept returned packages without prior approval (RMA#) - any unauthorized returns will be returned to the sender. For all returns, please complete our RMA Form for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that was included with the product. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a additional fee. Returns of New Non-Defective Merchandise A 20% restocking fee plus freight related costs will be applied to returns accepted by WowShopper following pre-approval from a WowShopper customer service representative via our RMA Form. WowShopper recommends using reputable shipping services such as UPS or FedEx for all returns. These returns should be traceable and insured as WowShopper will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Missing Item or Damaged Product Fee for Returns Additional fees will be charged for any product missing the original box, packaging material, contents, accessories and/or manuals (i.e., any product not in "sellable" condition).
Please include the packing slip with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use a traceable and insurable form of mail for shipment. Wowshopper is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
